If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have 15 days to return it. You must mail the product to us. The returned product must contain at least 90% of the original contents. Please send an email to [email protected] to provide you with directions.

You can change the shipping address free of charge before the shipping label is created.

If you request the address change after the shipping label is created and the product has not been shipped, the order will be cancelled and a new purchase will have to be made, you will receive a refund of your purchase, the USD$10 charge from the shipping company will not be refunded.

If the product has already been shipped, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

We currently ship to the United States and Mexico. Shipments are made to each country from the warehouse of each country.

We ship 15 products at once, if you buy more than 15 items you will get different pakages.
